Dance Shows
On 13th July 2008 we held our premier show ‘Showcase 2008’, at the Stratton Upper School in Biggleswade. The show was a variety packed performance of ballet, tap and modern, with group numbers, duets, trios and solos. This was an excellent forum in which to demonstrate the talents of all of our pupils, and was extremely well received by the audience. The children had a fantastic time and gained experience in performing on stage for a 300-strong audience, in full costume and stage make-up. We also held a prize-giving ceremony for achievements and efforts over the last couple of years.
All pupils are invited to participate in our shows, and we hope to be able to stage our productions at least every 2 years as we head into the future.
Our next showcase is scheduled for 11th July 2010, again at the Stratton Upper School in Biggleswade.
