Dance Shows
On the 11th July 2010 we held our second show ‘Showcase 2010’, at the Stratton Upper School in Biggleswade. The show was a packed performance of ballet, tap and modern, with group numbers, duets, trios and solos. This was an excellent forum in which to demonstrate the talents of all of our pupils, and was extremely well received by the audience. The children had a fantastic time and gained experience in performing on stage twice on the day for over 300 spectators, in full costume and stage make-up. We also held a prize-giving ceremony for achievements and efforts over the last couple of years.
A professional photographer was present and the show was also recorded and made available on DVD.
All pupils are invited to participate in our shows, and we hope to be able to stage our productions at least every 2 years as we head into the future.
